(Jersey customers only) Orders placed before 12noon will be delivered the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is required.

All parcels are sent using a recorded delivery service and require a signature. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take slightly longer.

Please note:

Due to the upcoming Public Holiday (Wednesday 12th July) in Northern Ireland, any orders placed after 12 noon on Tuesday 11th July will not be delivered until Friday 14th July (next working day service) or after.

All deliveries can be upgraded to our Next Working Day delivery service for only £4.99 for Jersey only customers. Please note that orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.

At present, we do not deliver outside the UK.

Returns Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us. Returns must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund goods if they have been opened or the security seals have been broken, unless they are faulty. 

In the interest of hygiene, hosiery and bedding cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping unworn and unused.

Please note that all earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by e-mail, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you have received the goods.

If your order has already been processed, you will have to return the order to our distribution centre.

Once we have received any returned items and checked them, we will refund the cost of the item(s) via the original payment method.

Returns Procedure:

Please contact us via e-mail within 7 working days of the day after you received the goods. We will need to know your order reference and the date you placed the order. If a package is returned without a reference number, we cannot guarantee a prompt refund.

The order reference should be included with the package and posted back to our distribution centre at the following address:

For your convenience a return label will have been included with the original package. Simply affix this to the parcel being returned.

Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 0800 012 1771 or by e-mail, quoting your order reference, your name and address, details of the product and fault and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
