This set of 2 egg poachers is essential for preparing the perfect poached egg. The set keeps the egg white and yolk together and is made from flexible heat resistant silicone to 357 degrees. To use simply coat the inside of the poacher in olive oil or cooking spray. Crack one egg into the poacher. Bring a small pan of water to boil and carefully place the poacher into the water and allow it to float. Reduce the heat to medium and set the lid on the pot. Cook for about 4-6 minutes depending on how firm you like your egg. Run a spoon around the poacher and then plate your perfectly poached egg.
